About us

EAST is the new tennis coaching partner based at Surrey Sports Park. The Coaching team is led by Chris Daw and includes familiar coaches from SSP as well as combining an established set of coaches that have many years experience of growing and developing the game across Surrey.

Chris led the community programme as Head Coach at AELTC, Wimbledon and prior to that as Head Professional at Esher Tennis Club, Surrey. Michael Jeffries is also actively involved in developing the programme and has been improving the offering for all SSP players already and will continue to help the programme evolve.

The team have a track record of creating & delivering exciting sessions for new first time players to grand slam juniors and are committed to all areas of tennis. We look forward to working with local schools and Guildford Council and developing key partnerships with Team Surrey and the LTA.

Adult Courses will remain bookable via www.surreysportspark.co.uk

Juniors do not need to be members of Surrey Sports Park to access sessions but we would encourage all players to look at the range of inclusive options available for wider use of the incredible facilities.
